Call this Scamdemic Torture. So sorry if you are going through this. I am getting to teach zoom for now and for me it's great. I get to teach in pajamas if I want. They can't see below my shoulders! Also I run upstairs all the time for snacks. haha. Great job here.

Actually, I based this on some comments from some kids I know who 'attend' their closed suburban-Chicago public schools via Zoom. They are all out of their minds already, after 'three whole weeks of classes.' They have to be ready on their computers at 8:30 a.m., and they can't get off of them until 3:00 or 3:30 p.m., except for a 40-minute lunch break. Terrible!! It sure is 'Scamdemic Torture.' I love your term for it, Andrea. Anyway, glad you're enjoying your role. Laughter and Light, Gershon

My daughter doesn’t want her kids wearing masks all day.

I have to tell you virtual school may kill me this semester for these reasons.

Quite a lot conveyed in a few words Gershon. The kids I know want to go to class. And at the higher levels, many classes have hands-on labs to qualify for graduation. Now, there's a challenge. Keep an eye on 'em. ;) laf

Linda, thanks for the support... All the kids on my block are going back to school, and they'll all really glad, 'cos just a couple of blocks away none of the kids get to go back --- stuck online 7.5 hours a day. Can you imagine a 7 year old succeeding at that?! Absurd! :) gw

Great footle, Gershon! I fear with all the restrictions in place re schooling that we are going to turn out a generation of dunces and that is sad. Enjoy your long weekend my friend and spend time "laboring" on more writes for our delight - Bob

Ha, ha! How much dumber can they get than those who are looting and rioting... Perhaps less school will equal more intelligence. You never know... At any rate, thanks for the kind words, Bob, and a Happy Labor Day Weekend to you, my friend! :) gw
