One Wonders

One wonders, where in the world, are the good, when experiencing nothing, but bad, in all. Waiting and waiting, for an ounce of dear kindness, from a person, whose humanity, will suddenly, then stall. One then wonders, what has one then done, to deserve, such treatment, when one has been nothing, but kind, in return. Fear upon fear, is felt, and put forth, in response, as soon as, you're nice; receiving nothing, but a great, big burn. One therefore wonders, is love worth, the effort, if negative interactions, with people, is sometimes, the case. To do, just to do, regardless, of how true, to go on, despite, not letting the world's attitude, become our, true base.

Well, I can relate to this very well, because I have experienced it over and over again. We need to be ourselves, and I feel if we are true and good, then yes, it eventually will come back to us. There are exceptions, of course, you do not want to be a doormat, if you know what I mean. And sometimes, we are human, after all, and cannot deal with the selfishness and lack of compassion of others. Great write. Good things come to good people. Good luck. Love, Shar
