One Wish
One wish. His feelings. Just to know he still cared would be a blessing. Just that simple bit of
information could fill holes the size of the grand cannon. But I never truly get to savor my
rewards. I win and then the prize goes spiraling out of my hand carried by the angry wind. But
just this once I wish that I could see the future that lies in frount of me as a good thing and not a
whole bunch of clouds with lighting.
