One Wish

every day i sit and think
with my coffee as my drink,
what good things may come along,
stop the boring days dragging on,

thinking of winning the lotto to,
how good it would be for little old me,
think i would buy a car,
maybe a house and driveway with tar,

thinking if i win the lot,
would you forget me or maybe not,
with the richness a would be debt free
just wish the lotto would win for me,

as am sitting and thinking to,
all my friends a would never forget you,
would share my winnings to those in need,
and also to my children thats indeed,
also thinking how lucky i am,
not to be homeless or in a caravan,

if i was lonely but also rich,
think a would make friends very quick,
not for the beggars who do the drugs
do not look at me as am no mug,

friends i would have are friends like you,
thats been on my friends list
 that are friends thats true,

so if my thinking became my wish,
wish someday i was rich,
to pay off my debt and be happy to,
and dream of a holiday maybe with you,
just a dream that keeps us along,
and our wishing that makes life go on,,,,
