One Way Back

I've found my way back there, To the time When innocence was pure, Not tainted With a little or more guilt. To when the eyes could tell you Of what tomorrow holds While the heart guides its steps. Once lost, I found my path Threaded but untarred, Worn, rough, With little shrubs here and there. The only steps I found there Were mine still, So I traced my way down To the start, To pick what I left behind. Mar'yam Thaoban NobleHeart
