One To Another
the world is created
mostly as an ocean
sadness is to sadness
as one drop of water
is to another
as one human being
is to another
a drop of water in
in an infinite ocean
keeps me company
washes over me
washes over us all
like one to another
I shake myself dog dry
and am whole again
