One Stone
The wedding is booked the date all agreed
got the dress, venue, guess what I need
A look in the mirror, its easy to spot
I could loose a few pounds don't need a lot
I'll cut out the chocolate, cakes and jam
instead I'll eat rice, salad and yams
The dress is my target I must endure
for what I have chosen its the only cure
I hope that it comes from my massive behind
my bloke is amazing says its all in my mind
I know he is fibbing not telling the truth
because if he did I'd surely hit the roof
so here goes my weigh in been a month so far
onto the scales eyes down and away,
it says 6.5 kilos less for today
so what is that really, in weights that I know
Well said the doctor a little over one stone.
