One Step Ahead
You always seem to be one step ahead
You did it again my sweet
Next anniversary gonna say it first
So I surely won't be beat
What a dummy, gave away my plan
Forget what I said, just joking
It really doesn't matter who says it first
Such a silly game I'm promoting
Can't do it, it's more than a silly game
Can't just let it all just flow
If you damn well beat me to it next time
There's a penalty just so you know
The penalty will be 48 hugs and kisses
All fully clothed if you so wish
Prefer birthday suits but the choice is yours
You are such a delicious dish!
Dream on little fellow, the gods are saying
That day ain't soon gonna happen
Won't be administering any damn penalty
So stop your gums from a-flappin'
(grinning)
