One Single Deck

Standard. Black.
The Kings, Queens, Jokers, and Jacks all laugh mocking me.
Clubs. Diamonds. Hearts. Spades.
Why so many to choose from?
Screams shatter the cards as if they were simply glass.
With each shatter the Kings, Queens, Jacks, and Jokers come to life.
Clawing out of their paper card, growing to full size.
All eyes on me.
And with this I say goodbye, for the fact that the kings doesn't want me alive and
the rest will follow.
The Jokers evily laughs as my blood spills over the other clubs, diamonds, hearts,
and spades.
