I used PS syllable counter while krafting my poem.

ONE ON ONE WITH MYSELF

Traveling back to age fourteen, Lost in thoughts where no one else is seen. Questions swirl like leaves on a breeze, Who am I, and who do I wish to be? Behind closed doors, secrets softly grow, I face my fears, learning as I go. Growing strong, my dreams are hot and cold.
