One More Thing

All these words on the tip of my tongue, Waiting to be expelled from my lips, Violently, Inevitably. I'm sure the thought "What a little witch" has crossed That twisted little mind of yours a time or two. That stone cold heart, Barely beating in your hollow chest. So I screwed up, but wrap your mind, Around this thought, if you Can manage. My intentions were solid, But drenched with sorrow, Because turning my back on my own flesh and blood, Turned my blood ice cold. Not that you'd understand, But I guess even now, it's worth a shot. Newsflash for you, I have feelings, I have a heart, Beating steadily and angrily in my chest. I have thick skin, But somehow let you underneath it. So you know what? I have One final thing to say to you, And you're damn well going to listen. You can live your "happy" little life, And I'm going to move on, Without you.
