One Life Left

One life left
 that's all I've got
 to have or have not,
no do-overs, no standing still
 only regrets mixed with joy
 as I climb the hill;
but I am thankful
 grateful to have time
 giving me a little push
to preserve all the memories
 of me and you in the rush.
