anne, do not forget the vitamins k and D! Also, lots of natural vitamin C is the backbone to good bone health. I was poisoned by my doctor who had me take injections of prolia (when I did not even really need it since my bones were not that bad) I am fighting side effects from Prolia which refuses to leave my body. Whatever you do, if your doctor suggests Prolia Do NOT take it (do the research on it). Congrats on your well deserved win.

MD's do not understand that women with low cholesterol have greater chances of Alzheimer's. But will lay off giving other advice. Ann, get into a mild exercise class. Eating high CA products is not enough.., I love cheese as you do but don't eat much of it. Good piem, BTW PANAGIOTA

I agree, Ann. Cheese is far better than calcium supplements especially with a glass of chardonnay.
