One Is One
When we realize
that humankind is one
we are not separate
our souls are not individualized
we are connected to each other
and to the trees and the animals
that one is one is one is one
we will have won
won the grand prize
won together
won in peace
not one nation
but one world
one humankind
then we will have won
and not a second before
