One Cup of Coffee

   My one cup of coffee today
     was not worth what I paid  

   It put me to sleep the whole morning
     ~ Caffeine sure is bad-habit-forming

Life as we know it might just disappear --- 'course that might not be such an awful thing anymore... ~ Drink the coffee; dump the grounds.

I don't know... I only buy it from the store and make it at home. Can't see spending my retirement at Dunkin or Starbucks. lol.

So you won't have to suffer from insomnia. Sleeping away with a cup of coffee is so easy and pleasant when many suffer from sleeplessness even with strong medication. That way you are fortunate dear Gershon !

Yes, insomnia has been crossed off of my 'kick the bucket list.' lol. Had it for six years on and off, and hope it never ever returns. ~ Gershon
