One and Only

Every night I really tried tried to keep it all inside I took your pictures off the wall dismissing every cellphone call seen you just the other night walking with another guy the breeze that slowly closed your eyes was my only kiss goodbye You know it has to be this way I know that there were many days filled with much anticipation or was it my imagination when I gently held your hand you saw me as the other man the only things thats left to say is I'm moving on to better days I often think about those times they never really left my mind and even then I always wondered when I found those other numbers Lord knows I should have seen it then when you said he was just a friend its better for me to be lonely until I find my one and only
