Once Upon a Dream

Upon my lips, I felt a kiss
In a dream, it surely was bliss
My heart was dancing frolic flips 
I felt a kiss, upon my lips.

Knew it was you, my prince of dreams 
Appearing in desirous scenes
Holding hands we two, off we flew
My prince of dreams, knew it was you.

We came to ground on foreign shore
Excited we were to explore
Of beauty we were both spellbound 
On foreign shore, we came to ground.

Walking on shore, we heard a band
Playing music extremely grand 
Then danced till we could dance no more
We heard a band, walking on shore.

The dream ended, time to fly home
Back to me being home alone
Our tryst had been truly splendid 
Time to fly home, the dream ended.
