On This Christmas Day

On this Day of Christmas
At a window’s glass in my house
I stand to see in the sun a dress that dries
To be worn for Christmas

On this Day of Christmas
Tis a marvellous occasion with no fuss
As masses everywhere amass
To create preference around a glass

On this Day of Christmas
Everything is nothing than a bliss
For no pass on grass breaks a glass
People miss and mess for a bless

On this Day of Christmas
Loss in cash makes friends kiss
At a place around a glass
Songs of blessings in masses we hear

Tis a special Day of Christmas
As Angels also amass in mass to bless
This new king who’s born
To make the light swallow the darkness

On this marvellous Christmas Day
Peace, happiness and brightness not to miss
For parties here and there have no stress
Cos God has dwelt amongst us hominids
That’s all I guess about Christmas
