On the Train

Each morning I ride the 3 train I sit on sutter ave and proceed to wait U would love the sights I see Cause living where I live every moment is a Kodac Even the arguements and cussing and the ladies who preach gods name So loud So early and so full of conviction That it's not ya sins that make U mad It's the fact that their adding even more power To your morning headache And the homeless who beg for change Or just them ambitious kids who are tryna make their way off subway money I love it all The people and atmosphere I know so many people From my block who just want to Get the hell outta here But as for me When I leave I will never forget Those morning rides on the 3 train My many shopping sprees on pitkin Or just feeling at home Where everybody knows ya name I love brownsville.
