On the Spot Right Now

My ears are warm
Ones burning up
I'm so tired
I could sleep for a month.

The rain is cold
I need to awake
As I'm going to a party
That has birthday cake.

My smile will be false
Until I snap back to life
If I can't seem to do it
I'm gonna be in strife.

I'll take a deep breath
Suck in with all my might
Shake away my tiredness
And go have a good night.

When we feel down its even hard to muster the strength to go to a birthday party. I hope you had a good night.
