On the Spot Number 2
I heard today
a different way
to speak your mind
and expressed ways to be kind.
the lines didn't rhyme
to me that is fine
i hope eventually
i will see,
O r maybe find a way to write
what i heard tonight
so i can think each one of you
that has read my poems on poetry soup.
The comments people gave me
are helping set my shyness free
so once again i thank you all
for helping me start to stand tall.
There's no.2 of my on the spot
i do mean my thank-you's i do a lot.
