As I face the shore, I gaze upon A half-buried orange sun That illuminates the horizon Time stands frozen here Dusk is fast approaching The tide is ebbing and flowing Continually crashing Into my welcoming feet Soon to erase My footprints in the sand I'm savoring the tranquility And refreshing zephyr I wish I could spend the night here I crave these precious, lonely moments This is where I find My peace of mind FEBRUARY WK 2,ANY FORM,ANY THEME,UPTO 20 lines Sponsored by Brian Strand (Winner: 1st Place) Date written and posted: 03/24/2016
