On the Rocks

Sober, I can feel again.

A hurricane of emotions crash against my shores.

Pain, so real again.

I can't stop the rain from fallin'.

Eye's wide open, blood flowing again.

No substance to stop the flooding.

Prayers, God forgive my sins.

Wondering if he still listens.
