On the Porch

She had to ask her husband this,
"Every time I start to sing,"
"You always go out on the porch,"
"So why is that your thing?"

He said,"The answer is simple."
"It's not just a thing I do ."
"I want the neighbors to see"
"That I'm not beating on you!"
