On the Moon

Turn to ash, then ride the tide ---
You runaway to find a place to hide ---
Then sadly you realize all too soon ---
The only place left is on the Moon.

The hiding place has a bit of a sad thought, but the moon is a lovely place to hide. Enjoyed your free verse,..p.d.

Good imagery and it made me smile. Sometimes we just can't run away far enough.
