On the Inside

It doesn't matter if you've never been a cheater.
Sometimes love isn't strong enough to keep her.
Regardless of what you might have heard.
The insides of every man feels the burn.
Don't believe they are tough, and so strong.
Because no man actually wants to be alone.
Especially when he has so much invested.
And, wanted that thing to last forever.
We miss that woman lying next to us in bed.
And, can't relieve the frustration inside our head.
We are pulled so far out of our comfort zone.
By simply knowing that she isn't coming home.
