On the Bayou

Louisiana Cajuns 
Eatin'  hot cornbread,  
Chompin' aligator tail 
And suckin' crawfish heads.
Eatin' jambalaya 
And gumbo stew:
Gourmand, Sunday dinner,
On the old bayou.
