On Moonbeams

I look into your eyes
It comes as no surprise
I float in a heavenly realm
Yet I am earthly bound
you are  the amber sun rise
 the calm blue sea tide
 the open blue skies
        ~~~
On moon beams we ride
Star dust in our eyes
 our worlds collide
the day to my night
the night to my day
we kiss under the moon
under the sun, the sky
        ~~~
we travel the road of time
Not looking at the past
 our present moves fast
Star dust in our eyes
Moon beams gleam
sunrise glistens
 our heaven shines.
        ~~~
