Quietus Form of Unseeking Seeker in two stanzas

Just close your eyes and be at rest.
Think not of things to do
or times that you were not your best.

Relax and you will find
awareness in your mind.

That is your prize!
Just close your eyes.

Give it a try; drift into peace.
Think not of gloom and doom.
Those kinds of thoughts you must release.
Let tranquilness find room.

Better you will feel,
when you’re being real.
That is the ideal.

Kiss frets goodbye.
Give it a try.

Reads like a good contender for the contest. Way to go. Just to get the mind cleared is not so easy. It does help a person relax though. Thanks for sharing and for dropping by my page. Sara

Last night I spent the whole night awake. Hope I'll get some rest this night.
