On Faith

When darkness surrounds your skies
Or a veil draws over your eyes
It could be you’ll realise
There’s something more

When you’re caught in an endless night
Where all hope seems out of sight
Wishing with all your might
There’s something more

When the tide of time has crept
Past the promises unkept
Perhaps you will accept
There’s something more

When you reach life’s last demand
Seeking that helping hand
Maybe you’ll understand

There’s something more.
