On auto pilot Running through verses That do not make sense Words running ahead But none are laughing All plans on deck Sitting is hard Conversation Makes no sense now Narcotics are not for some people namely mostly me

I am starting my methodic - elimination of all extra pills. That should be a great start as there are way too many.

I too stay away from chemical assistance. Sometimes we need to sit with our pain for a while.

I do not think I could have stood all of the pain but I have chosen to accept some of it, and I do feel less foggy.
