On a Passing Cloud There Floats a Dream
ON A PASSING CLOUD THERE FLOATS A DREAM
Haunted by a long lost love tis the cold golden fall
The gilded leaves of autumn sigh crying in the night
On a passing cloud there floats a dream in deep flight
Silhouettes in moonlight lit laughing heeding demons call
The soft song of a summer breeze has been long gone
Crisp smells of preseason dew windows covered view
The gilded leaves of autumn sigh crying in the night
Brown, orange, yellow leaves withered crumbled hues
On a passing cloud there floats a dream in deep flight
Haunted by a long lost love tis the cold golden fall
ON A PASSING CLOUD THERE FLOATS A DREAM
Silhouettes in moonlight lit laughing heeding demons call
While I myself scream and hollar but I ain't fraid' of no ghost
Ducks quacking, fires burning, insects no longer crawl
Animals fleeing some eating their own kind their host
Haunted by a long lost love tis the cold golden early fall
Silhouettes in moonlight lit laughing heeding demons crawl
Blowing winds swaying breeze of unloosen autumn leaves
This is late the heat dissipates how can this autumn be
Crisp smells of preseason dew windows covered view
What's up y'all, swirling running spinning spirits fall
The gilded leaves of autumn sigh crying in the night
On a passing cloud there floats a dream in deep flight
