Ominous Feeling

Snowy-like fog surrounded morning daybreak You could see it to the east past the fence lines My oak trees looked ethereal; ghostly almost A great day for a funeral; I thought and wished I hadn’t. The ominous feeling did not disappear until after breakfast. I was starting to feel normal when I heard sirens.
