Olive Branch in One Hand

    olive branch in one hand
       weapon in the other
    hoping for peace with his brother

    eager to open his heart
       stepping with caution
    lest a new war he start

    ancestors who precede him
       sons who succeed him

    raised midst outbursts of fire
       triggered by scoundrels and liars... 

    visions nightly torment his wife
       ~ grasp tight the olive branch of life

Sadly the Bible says different but in the end Our Lord restores peace for Israel and it will finally end, the wars against Israel. I believe that our God is the only one that can stop and end the turmoil, hate, and war. He will protect Israel and destroy all enemies. Thanks for this truthful write Gershon...
