Older Lady With the Closed Eyes

The older lady with the closed eyes flowed up through the elements At first I did not recognize her, for who she was But my soul did and said “Hey! Pay attention!” She was my godmother, I had not seen her for decades. Welcome to heaven, I said, taking her hand. Without a sound, she acknowledged me in a grateful manner. How did I not know her? I was surprised by this.
