Olden Golden Love

Imagine a love that even time can't forget Watching the sun rise, on this porch I sit Imagine forty years of blissful sweet love Purest and gentle like the wings of a dove Gray hairs and big wrinkles, come what may Beside you, my soul mate, I will forever stay I love your laugh and the way you always snore After all of these years it is you that I adore Your temper can always make me laugh out loud With your bald head, I can see you in any crowd The way you sleep like a baby, cute and sweet The way we snuggle, well that can't be beat Every girl dreams of a love that can be so true Lucky for me sweetheart, that one love was you You swept me right off of both of my little feet Each day with you is a truly special loving treat So hold me tight dear and let's soar up above Because we are bound for sweet Olden Golden Love
