Brian, This poem is great, of course. The menu sounds like it could be a delightful feast, too. Elderflower ice... Is that frozen elderberry wine? I'm growing 2 elderberry bushes/trees. (3 if the small one survived the weather) I've heard that you can batter and fry the flowers. The next native plant that I hope to grow is a few paw paw trees...
