Old Thoughts Gone
A long time
And you escape,
its quiet
within
You have been draped
Over
with stone
my cold dead bones
That cannot live
Cannot give
Anymore,
my base emotions
expressed
cracks
covered
words grazed
out
a
symbol
of nothing
because
nothing
is what comes
out
when I care
when I listen
to frivolity
and my lips
sync together
to form a bubble
around simplicity
and shout
out
those bits
that hide low
in permanent
distraction
of what
is only me
