Listen to poem:

Old Rusty Shriveled Shovel

It's rusty, old, holed.
Trustingly, it dug many
holes in my past,
to bury reminiscent reminders.

I have a collection of old tools John. They speak of so many dreams, attained and lost. Your poem is lovely! :)

thanks very much for your feed-back. Most of my tools have been rescued from local op and junk shops. They have so much character!
