old days call my name dust-lit moments drift back home heart opens like a screen door~ memory walks in warm.

Your last line ("memory walks in warm") reminds me that, with a life well-lived, our middle-later years can bring contentment and a sense of peace. Also, to me, your title and overall vibe evokes that classic Chicago hit, "Old Days." Very nice write, Sara! Thanks for sharing some of your thoughts about days gone by. Very best, BW :)
