Old Age
WAIT, WHAT DID I COME IN
HERE FOR?
YOUR MEMORY AND YOU PLAY
TUG-OF-WAR.
I COULD SWEAR THAT WAS MY
PASSWORD.
YOUR SIGN NOW READS,
DO NOT DISTURB.
SORRY, I FORGOT WHAT I WAS
SAYING.
MY BONES CLICK AND MY HAIR
IS GREYING.
WHY, IS THIS PRINT SO
TINY?
YOU CAN'T IMAGINE TURNING
NINETY.
STUPID SCALE, THAT CAN'T BE
RIGHT.
BLAME IT ON YOUR FAILING
SIGHT.
YOU WONDER WHERE YOU GOT
THE BRUISE.
DID YOU FORGET TO TIGHTEN
THE SCREWS?
YOU CAN'T RECALL IF YOU TOOK
YOUR MEDICINE.
ONE THING IS FOR SURE I KNOW
I'M AN AMERICAN.
MOST THINGS ARE NOT OPEN FOR
DEBATE.
WHO THE HELL IS CALLING THIS
LATE?
