Oh To Write a Triolet
I cannot write a Triolet
I tried but I haven’t finished it yet
A Flach Sandwich doesn’t seem so hard
Then why have I barely written a word
Thoughts are running to and fro
I wonder where they seem to go
I have dozens of things to write about
Why can’t I seem to get them out
Starting and stopping I do a lot
Do I have anything yet or maybe not
If it is not as hard as it seems
Then why am I not putting out reams and reams
I cannot write a Triolet
