Oh, Temptation

Oh, temptation
Be not wicked toward me
Allow me hope and chance
Be not there to hold me back
Permit me but a dance

Oh, temptation
I want no more than that I need
I only wish just to be
Dare not seduce my very thoughts
Corrupt me with your greed

Oh, temptation
Be not there when I awake
I wish all to be pure and see
That without you, oh temptation
We would rather be.
