Oh Sarah

The morning dew glistens upon the open field
Another new day is here
Will I find my true love today
Is he really out there
Will I find my true love today
Will he ever appear
Will I find my true love today
That is the least of my fears

..hi tim..popping in where it all began for you before reading your new poem. It's nice to get a feel of your 'start' here at PS:-)(a first for me is reading all the comments 'prior' to writing my own...I am strict with myself that way..I focus on the poem, my comments are based solely on the emotions I feel from your words) I read comments after..this is how I learn..I can see how 'off base' I was..lol This is so pretty..your heart glows especially the last line :-) Thank you :-) lynn

Great poem there! Not often that I like a poem this much. Great to meet you, Tim! As regarding your question about Emma, she is not my daughter, but I would not mind if she was. She is actually a young friend of mine.

Thank you and hello. I used to write poetry many moons ago but just for the close people in my life. As I get a little older and do I dare say wiser, I think I want to share with the world. I would love to have a poetry friend. Tim I will have to take a look at some of your work as well.
