Oh, Muse

Oh Muse sometimes I wonder where You disappeared to and beware And then you whisper in me ear Write this! Now that! And THEN I fear The epitaph's Of those So dear I understand your cloudy gloom Storm clouds block light in the room And whispered gloominess...Now See!! Whisper now Sunshine to me!! Whisper Joy! The Hummingbird Who brought such joy without A Word!! I'm glad to have you near today I bid you not to go away Just lighten up, and share the light! I'd rather pen poems of delight! My Muse, I pen suggestions, YOU I love you so, But hear me through Walk with me, ten feet, a mile Speak a word that shares a smile! Of rain on desert, aquafers Of Sun! Of Stars! The Universe! Uni Verse Me In Pure Light A poem of peace And sheer delight!

Thank you Susan, it's amazing how sometimes we're just filled with words flowing, sometimes a bit too reflective and a lot too sad, but not having a muse at all, that writer's block, well, I know you know what I mean as a sister poetess ;) Thank you so much for your visit and comment, I so appreciate you stopping over :) <3

:) Sometimes I wonder if it's the muse or the blues, but I really hated the sadness that kept forming in my poems :) I have to admit, it was wonderful to be out of the dry spell I fall into from time to time!

I actually really enjoyed writing this one Vijay :) After a dry spell where I couldn't seem to write a word, then all of a sudden it was amazing to just be filled with verses; but they were kind of sad poems! I really like happy, uplifting or maybe a bit silly, but the poems were getting me a tad bit depressed! :/ I guess my muse has eased up on the sorrowful, had a good talking to ;) I'm glad you like the poem :) <3
