oh, gentle keeper

Oh, gentle keeper, lay me 'neath the earth's embrace, Where willow branches whisper tales of grace, Across the meadows, where daisies gently nod, To my roots, to my home, to the arms of God. In the quiet of the soil, let my dreams unfold, As the willow's fingers weave stories untold, Embracing my slumber, a dance with the divine, In the sacred hush, where mortal souls entwine. Beneath the earth's soft coverlet, I'll find my rest, Where nature's hymns soothe the weary breast, Let the willow's tears, like dewdrops, gently fall, As I become one with the earth, answering nature's call
