Well, there is hope if you did it in the age of computers and saved your work, but if not, grab it and try to redo it really fast. Way to go with this one and if you did do a thesis then congratulations on your accomplishments. Sara K

Congrats on your win! Has happened to me. An entire scientific paper disappeared after hours of work due to computer problem! Pluto, Newton’s dog burnt his calculus work by upsetting the candle on to it! “Oh Pluto! Though know not what though has done!!”
