Great truth and wisdom my friend in your fine verses. Question is- how deep do we let our ego lead us astray? With some it is down deep into the dark netherworld of angry envy and a putrid dark green-eyed jealousy, imho. Others it is rightly squashed and positive reinforcement becomes the ongoing foundation, that kind of poet is the base of those famous poets of world renown. A fav.. God bless..

Deep, so marvelously deep.... You swim in the waters here. So you know of what I speak! Positive reinforcement is a miracle. Not reading poets of history is a grave error. Choose a few and read them. They touch the very fabric of our being. Cummimgs "Since feeling is first, he who cares about the syntax of things, will never truly kiss you. Wholly to be a fool in the world, my blood approves.
