They are a poet's soul's rushing waterfall.

If a great poet, you feel more more than most.

Your desire for mediocre poetry is not your thirst.

Of fearless, true,reality in poetry is your infinite search!

You write for the sheer love you have for your artistry,

Realizing completion~you have no need for an invisible trophy!

Great truth and wisdom my friend in your fine verses. Question is- how deep do we let our ego lead us astray? With some it is down deep into the dark netherworld of angry envy and a putrid dark green-eyed jealousy, imho. Others it is rightly squashed and positive reinforcement becomes the ongoing foundation, that kind of poet is the base of those famous poets of world renown. A fav.. God bless..

Deep, so marvelously deep.... You swim in the waters here. So you know of what I speak! Positive reinforcement is a miracle. Not reading poets of history is a grave error. Choose a few and read them. They touch the very fabric of our being. Cummimgs "Since feeling is first, he who cares about the syntax of things, will never truly kiss you. Wholly to be a fool in the world, my blood approves. AND KISSES ARE A BETTER FATE THAN WISDOM, LADY, I SWEAR BY ALL THE FLOWERS." that quotation changed my entire being...Thank you, for FAVIng. An honor from a top poet, we are blessed to have.
