Ode To Onions

Star of the garden, A crystalline appearance: Shining in the earth. · Glossy crystal scales, Polished platinum goblet: An edible bulb. · Round bowl of water, A flask of white flaky skin: Bitter to the taste. · A heavenly globe, Underground constellation: Garden of onions. —Raul Moreno Inspired by Pablo Neruda’s , “Ode to the Onion”

'Underground constellation'...very nice Raul!... I am an onion addict!...I use them (and garlic) in almost every dish I make...also raw in salads and home-made cole slaw - Tim
