Ode To Freedom

Freedom sends wide field of thornless roses from its crown A crown of victory over conflicts of people and nations Nations aiming sweet liberty and independence Independence in a democratic society and government. Oh, freedom! You’re a priceless treasure! You’re the greatest gift from our brave heroes You’re God’s blessing from our brothers whom He’d blessed We fight and pray for you with all our best. Freedom delivers us all from any slavery and captivity Captivity restrains us to fly and soar high without boundary Boundary that divides brotherhood among countries Countries that prosper only in unity, harmony and in peace. Oh, freedom! You’re a priceless treasure! You’re the most valuable inheritance from our ancestors You’re God’s blessing from all brothers whom He’d blessed We fight and pray for you with all our best. Freedom waves its flag for us always after midnight Midnight is a new day that’ll soon reveal its golden sunlight Sunlight that shines brightly into our dreams and aspirations Aspirations for freedom to ripple forever in all nations. Freedom, you are the lasting song from our heart The most delightful poem from our lips to recite The liveliest beat for our feet to dance While our eyes are fixed to your unfading expanse Oh, freedom! You’re a priceless treasure! You’re the greatest gift from our brave heroes You’re the most valuable inheritance from our ancestors You’re the hymn of every land kissed by the waves at the seashore.

Hi Len, much to think on here..' Also are People free because they are? Or if they are Told they are? (A rhetorical question) which we Know the answer to, but will we be frowned on If we display it? Or write; or say of it? A placebo freedom is out of place, it Jarrs the Spirit, it saddens the faces, no need to find Trouble; yet so many do, wasting good living Today from a morbid few, too few to fear To insipid they be, start rocking the boat Then true freedoms you'll see.'
